3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing (via email, purchase order, or invoice acceptance).
  • Customization and branding orders require advance approval of artwork/design before production begins.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (e.g., full payment or partial advance).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to variations in raw material or printing costs.

4. Customization & Design Approval

  • Clients are responsible for providing correct logos, artwork, or brand materials in the required format.
  • Corrolite is not responsible for errors in spelling, color, or design once the final proof is approved.
  • Minor variations in color, size, or placement may occur due to production limitations and are considered acceptable within standard tolerance.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on order quantity, customization complexity, and courier availability.
  • Corrolite is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.
  • All goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk unless insured at the client’s request and expense.

6. Returns & Replacements

  • As most of our products are customized, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production begins.
  • Only manufacturing defects or wrong deliveries (if reported within 3 days of receipt) are eligible for review.
  • Approved replacements will be processed at Corrolite’s discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, trademarks, and artwork provided by the client remain the property of the client.
  • Corrolite may use images of customized products for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Corrolite’s total liability, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of profit or business opportunity.
