  • All standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days after order confirmation and payment.
  • Customized or bulk orders may require additional time depending on design approval and production schedules.
  • We will inform you in advance of any expected delays during order confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable logistics and courier services to ensure timely delivery across India and to select international destinations.
Our shipping partners may include DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, India Post, or other reputed carriers.


3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (India): Usually delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Customized Orders: Delivery may take 10–20 business days depending on the complexity of customization.
  • International Orders: Timelines vary by destination, typically 10–25 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to logistics delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, quantity, and delivery location of the order.
  • Any additional charges such as octroi, customs, or import duties (for international deliveries) will be borne by the buyer.
  • For bulk or regular B2B clients, shipping may be arranged through client-preferred logistics providers on request.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking ID and courier details via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment in real time.


6. Risk of Loss & Damages

  • All shipments are packed carefully to avoid damage during transit.
  • Once the product is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photo/video proof for review.

7. Delays or Non-Delivery

Corrolite is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Courier delays or strikes
  • Natural disasters, lockdowns, or force majeure events

We will, however, assist in coordinating with the courier partner to resolve delivery issues whenever possible.


8. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your country’s customs policies.
  • These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
