At Corrolite, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. As we primarily deal in customized and made-to-order products, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.
- Once the order has been confirmed and moved into production or printing, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official business communication.
- Any advance payment made before cancellation may be non-refundable, depending on the stage of order processing.
2. Refund Policy
Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not provide refunds once the product has been produced, printed, or customized according to approved designs.
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- If the product delivered is defective or damaged due to our error.
- If the wrong product (different from the approved order) is delivered.
- If the order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or internal issues from our side.
In such cases:
- The issue must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order.
- Proof (photos/videos) must be shared for verification.
- Once the claim is approved, we will issue either a replacement or a refund, as deemed appropriate.
3. No Refund or Replacement Will Be Provided If:
- The buyer provides incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
- The buyer delays in approving artwork/design, causing timeline changes.
- The product has slight variations in color, size, or print placement (common in manufacturing).
- The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
4. Replacement Policy
If eligible, replacements will be provided for the same product only.
In cases where the same item is not available, a credit note or partial refund may be issued at Corrolite’s discretion.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the order.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
