What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI and popular wallets. All transactions are processed securely to protect your data and payment details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed you can expect delivery in typically 3-7 business days (depending on your location within India). We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your item ships.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in original condition, unused and with all tags/packaging intact. Please review our “Refund & Cancellation” policy for full details.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet we will cancel it and refund the amount. Once the order is shipped, you may need to follow the return process instead.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we ship primarily within India. If you are located outside India and want a shipment, please contact us (info@corrolite.com
